Monika N. Aybar Landrau is a Florida litigation attorney and co-founder of Aybar Landrau & Nizio, P.L., where she represents property owners in complex insurance disputes.
Over the past several years, Monika has focused her practice on aggressive property insurance litigation, guiding claims from pre-suit through jury trial. She has extensive experience litigating against major insurance carriers and has successfully tried cases before juries, securing significant recoveries for her clients. She is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Monika is known for her strategic, detail-oriented approach and her willingness to take cases to verdict when necessary. Her recent work includes multiple jury trials involving disputed coverage, causation, and damages arising from storm-related losses.

His practice focuses on property insurance disputes, construction litigation, and commercial litigation, including cases involving coverage issues, construction defects, contract disputes, and high-value property damage claims. Eduardo handles matters from pre-suit through trial, working closely with engineers, contractors, and other experts to build strong, evidence-driven cases.
Eduardo is known for his analytical and strategic approach to litigation. With a background in engineering, he brings a technical edge to cases involving structural damage, roofing systems, construction failures, and competing causation issues, allowing him to effectively challenge opposing experts and present complex concepts clearly to judges and juries.
He plays a central role in case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation, and is actively involved in all phases of litigation.
Eduardo earned his Juris Doctor and LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He leverages this combined legal and technical background in complex construction and property damage cases.
